Conditions générales d'EDUCANIN

1- Payment for the stay in full board is made by paying 50% of the amount as a deposit (allowing validation of the reservation) and the balance to be paid no later than the day of admission to full board;

2- It is agreed between the parties that in the event of cancellation of the contract, the deposit will not be returned;

3- Any extension of the animal's stay at EDUCANIN must be reported at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled expiry date. When the stay is shortened, all the days reserved on the contract are due;

4- Veterinary costs resulting from illness, injury or accidents are not included in the boarding fee and are the sole responsibility of the animal's owner. EDUCANIN will use the veterinarian of its choice, which the animal's owner acknowledges and accepts;

5-All animals entering boarding facilities must have their vaccination record up to date according to veterinary prescriptions, guaranteeing immunity against Distemper, Hepatitis, Parovirosis, Kennel Cough (Pneumodog or Intra-nasal vaccines). The vaccination must have been carried out no later than 6 days before the day of arrival at the boarding facility ;

6- All necessary care (administration of medication) for the animal must be reported on the first day of care. The medication and the veterinarian's prescription must be made available to EDUCANIN. A daily surcharge per dog will be applied for any treatment or care required.

7- One meal per day will be served. Upon express request, a second meal will be served at an additional cost.

8- The owner remains free to choose the animal's food within the range of products held by EDUCANIN. Any specific food must be provided;

9- The day of arrival and departure is counted as a full day regardless of the time of arrival or departure;

10- Female dogs in heat are not allowed ;

11- Any drop-off or pick-up of your pet outside of normal opening hours must have our agreement and will be charged an additional €50.
